M.C.G.A's verification, approval, or listing of any contractor does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of that contractor's work, reliability, or performance.
M.C.G.A does not guarantee accuracy of contractor details, performance, or availability of services. Users interact with contractors at their own risk.
M.C.G.A is not responsible for:
M.C.G.A provides a listing platform only, not a contracting service.
M.C.G.A is not a contractor, subcontractor, broker, agent, or employer of any service provider listed on the Platform. M.C.G.A does not perform construction services and does not control or supervise any contractor's work.
The Platform may include links to external websites. M.C.G.A does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
All M.C.G.A branding, text, graphics, logos, and design elements are protected and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
M.C.G.A may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are inactive for extended periods. Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." M.C.G.A makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.C.G.A is not liable for any: Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Special, or Consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits or data.
